Apple and Raisin Oat Crumble

2 Medium Cooking Apples2 tbsp Raisins0.5 Cup of Orange Juice100g Oats100g Plain Flour1tbsp I can't believe its not butter (Light Spread)
In a bowl put some lemon juice and water, to put the sliced apples in, to prevent them going brown.
Put Oats, Flour and spread into a bowl, mix them well, until they are a crumble mix. Add the 15g(1tbsp) Tate & Lyle Light Cane Sugar, mix well.
Peel, core and slice apples, place in the lemon water, when they are both sliced place them in a saucepan with the orange juice.
Cook the apples until they are just soft, not mushy.
Mix in the Raisins, then transfer into a casserole dish. Sprinkle the oat crumble mix evenly over the top, press down slightly.
Place in the centre of a preheated oven 200 centigrade.
Cook for 35-40 minutes.
Serves 4
Serve with either sugar free instand custard or low fat ice cream, or low fat natural yoghurt (not calculated in the recipe)
