Ingredients
1tsp each fried basil and oregano.25tsp each salt & pepper4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1tbsp olive oil1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic minced1 19oz can stewed tomatoes2tsp green olives2tsp red wine vinegar.50tsp cinnamon.25cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
In bowl, combine basil, oregano, salt and pepper; sprinkle half over goth sides of chicken. In nonstick skillet, half the oil over medium-high heat; brown chicken . transfer to plate.
In skillet, heat remaining oil over medium heat; cook onion, garlic and remaining basil mixture, stirring, for about 5 min. Add tomatoes, breaking up with spoon. Add olives,vinegar and cinnamon.
Add chicken to pan; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10min. or until chicken is cooked. Serve sprinkled with parsley
