Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.5 lb beef stew meat2 TBS canola Oil2 TBS flour1 can kidney beans2 cans whole new potatoes2 pkgs brown gravy mix1 tsp Perfect Pinch Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Pour oil into large stock pot. Add in stew meat (should be in bite sized pieces) brown gently. Stir in flour and gravy mix and turn meat to coat. Pour in 2 quarts cold water. Drain and rinse potatoes and beans and add to pot with seasonings. Allow to simmer for about 45 minutes or until broth is thickness you want. Add additional seasoning to taste.
