chicken cacciatore slow cooker

Ingredients
400 gms skinles chicken breast1 can tomatoes1 cup fresh tomatoes2 Tbsp tomato paste1 Tbsp crushed or fresh red chilli1 onion diced1/2 C green pepper diced2 green or yellow courgettes diced1/2 C red pepper diced1 C mushrooms2-3 cloves garlic crushed1 C water1-2 Tbsp fresh or dried herbs (oregano, thyme etc)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown sliced chicken in frying pan
add with all other ingredients to slow cooker
cook on high for 30 min then low for 90 mins

eat over cous cous or rice!
