Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 453 grams (remove)*Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 0.4 cup (remove)*Onion, cooked, fresh (all types), .25 cup (remove)Soup, mushroom, canned, condensed, commercial, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
chop onion, mix all ingredients together except mushroom soup. roll into small malls. bake at 350 for 15 min, add soup cover completelyand bake another 15 minutes.
Makes about 20 meatballs.
