4 oz corned beef brisket fat removed2 red potatoes boiled skins removed1 cup chopped onion raw
Throw all ingredients in a food processor or chop finely. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and cook intul browned, flip over and cook until browned on the other side. Serve with eggs if desired.
