Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups unprocessed bran2 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg3 egg whites1/2 cup honey1/2 cup buttermilk1/2 cup water1 small ripe banana, mashed1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients, then add the others and mix until just blended.
Pour into greased muffin tins, filling half full. Bake at 400 until browned and toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool on a rack
