Miso Dressing

2/3 cup vinegar (rice or wine)4 Tbsp white or yellow miso4 large garlic cloves, crushed4 teaspoons stevia, or to taste4 teaspoons fresh chopped ginger, or ginger paste1 cup olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Add ingredients to bottle or jar and shake to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
