Chicken Vegetable soup (17 day diet)

Ingredients
4 baked chicken breasts. diced1 1/2 cups cabbage, chopped1 large carrot, chopped1 cup asparagus, chopped1 large onion, chopped2 large celery stalks with leaves, chopped1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes1 14 oz. can fat free chicken broth1 1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepperHerbs to taste (italian seasoning, basil, parsley, etc.)
Directions
Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a large pand and simmer for one hour or until vegetable are soft. Add in chicken during last 15 minutes of cooking. Heat thoroughly.
