Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Broccoli 1 cup (a little over.. it cooks down a little)Cauliflower 1.5 cup Peas .5 cup Salt 1/4 tspBlack Pepper 1/4 tsp Yellow Mustard 1 1/2 tbspLight Mayo 2 tbsp
1. Cook broccoli, cauliflower, and peas.
2. Drain and let cool.
3. Cut into small pieces and toss into mixing bowl.
4. Add salt, pepper, mayo and mustard. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then serve.
Serving Size: 6- 1/2 cup servings
