chick pea salad

Ingredients
1 14.5 oc can chick pease, drained and rinsed1 can artichoke hearts in water, not marinated, drained1 can hearts of palm, drained4 scallions, choped2 tbs chopped or minced garlic1 5 oz jar of pimento, drained well2 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped1 tbs olive oil2 tbs white wine vinegar
Directions
toss all ingredients in a bowl and serve, Excellent cold or room temp. Even better next day.
