Great Black Bean Soup (crock pot)

Ingredients
Western Family Black Beans, 4 canswestern family diced tomatoes no salt added, 3 canschopped sweet raw onion, 1.5 cups Garlic, 4 tsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp *Beef Broth (100% Fat Free 50% Less Sodium), 3/4 Canswanson low sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 2 cup
Directions
Saute the onions and garlic till golden. Combine with beans and tomatoes and broth in the crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours and then turn down to low for the last hour. Take out and blend till smooth. Serve with sour cream if desired, but it tastes great on it's own.
