Shrimp with Serranos

Ingredients
1 pound of frozen peeled ,and deveined shrimp2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 c. shallots3 cloves minced garlic1/4 c. red sweet pepper2-3 jalapeno peppers1 TBSP lemon juice1 TBSP cilantro
Directions
Thaw shrimp pat dry set aside. Lg skillet heat oil over med-high heat. Add shallots and garlic stir fry for 1 min. Add peppers stir fry one more min. Add shrimp fry 2-3 min or until shrimp are opaque. Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with cilantro.
