Italian Salad Dressing (no mix, no sugar) - 1 TBSP serving

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, pressed1 teaspoon salt¨ö cup olive oil¨ö cup mild oil (safflower, sunflower, etc.)2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar¨÷ cup fresh lemon juicefreshly ground black pepper, to taste¨ù teaspoon oregano (optional)
Directions
Press garlic into a bowl. With the back of a spoon, mash salt into garlic for a couple of minutes, until mixture turns to a creamy paste. Put all ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously.

Keep refrigerated.

Stir or shake just before serving, as dressing separates quickly.
