11/2 sticks margarine, room temp1/2 cup cocoa powder11/2 cups GV sweetner1 TBSP vanilla3 lg eggs , seperated, at room temp1/2 cup cold water1/2 cup Kahlua ,coffee syrup, sugarfree (from Sams Club)1 cup wheat flour11/4 cups flour3 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp no salt
preheat oven to 350, line cupcake pan
1. in bowl cream together margarine, cocoa, sweetner, and vanilla 3-5 mins. Add egg yolks, beat 4 mins
2. in small bowl mix together water and Kaklua
3. in bowl mix together flours, baking soda, and no salt
4. Alternating between dry and wet ingredients combine in mixer
5. with clean beater and large bowl, beat egg whites on high speeduntil soft peaks form. With rubber spatula, fold into batter
6. fill liners 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
Serving Size: 30- 35 from Baby Cake Machine (about 2 TBSP batter)
