Ingredients
4 - 3 oz. Mahi-Mahi filets1/3 cup natural peanut butter1 t. garlic powder2 T. lemon juice2 T. soy sauce1 t. sugar (or Truvia)1/3 cup water'dash of cayenne
Directions
Grill fish & set aside.Place sauce ingredients in bowl, stir well & microwave for about 1 1/2 min. in 30 second increments. Pour over chicken, shrimp, noodles or your favorite stir-fry.
