Sauteed Tofu

Ingredients
1 Package firm silken tofu2 T canola oil2 T Yellow Cornmeal1/2 C dry, seasoned bread crumbs1/4 tsp Greek seasoning1/2 egg, beaten
Directions
Mix cornmeal and bread crumbs in a bowl. Drain tofu & squeeze as much water as possible out with paper towels. Cut into 1/4" slices. Season each side with Greek seasoning. Dip each slice into beaten egg to coat both sides, and then coat with the bread crumb mixture on each side. Brush each side of tofu slices with oil. Drop each piece into lightly coated frying pan. Cook about 5 minutes each side until golden brown.
