Lower Fat Hummus

Ingredients
2 16oz cans Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans 4 cloves garlic, crushed1/2 tsp salt2 TBSP Olive Oil (optional)2 TSP Pure Sesame Seed Oil (in Asian food section)Juice of 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)
Directions
Add everything but garbanzo beans to the food processor and turn on. Slowly add beans and blend until smooth consistancy.

Makes about 10 1/4 cup servings.
