Slow Carb Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk1 scoop whey protein (flavor of your choice)2 tbsp Almond Butter (no sugar!!!)
Directions
You need an ice cream maker for this unless you want to do the freeze and stir method.

Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour into ice cream maker and turn it on. When it is all creamed up, spoon it out and enjoy!
