Ethel's Baked Clams

Ingredients
1 TBS olive oil1 medium onion, chopped fine1 clove garlic minced1 can minced clams with juice3 TBS seasoned bread crumbs1 TBS parmesean cheesepinch oreganodash black pepperchopped parsley
Directions
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Add minced clams with juice, and all other ingredientsexcept bread crumbs and cheese . Mix. Spoon into 12 clam shells or 9 X 9 pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then cheese. Bake at 350 approx 15 minutes.
