Ingredients
* Kale, 4-5 leaves * Spinach, fresh, 4 cup * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) * Flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (any combo of berries will do ^_^) * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium
Directions
Put greens and water into blender and mix to make room for rest of ingredients. Push down as need be and add rest of ingredients once there is enough room. Liquefy once everything is in.

Serving Size: Split into 2-16oz servings for throughout the day
