Dee's Simple Soup

Ingredients
2 Cups cooked pasta (any kind, I had shells on hand)5 cups water4 bullion cubes (nutrition info for chicken)10 baby carrots, roughly chopped2 Tbsp green onion, chopped2 Tbsp celery, chopped2 Tbsp Rosemary2 Tbsp Basil1/2 pound cooked lean ground turkey
Directions
Cook your pasta if you don't have leftovers in the fridge like I did. You need 2 cups COOKED pasta.

In your pot bring together the water, carrots and bullion. I crumble my bullion into the water, don't just drop the cube in. Cover and Boil for 7-8 minutes. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and Simmer at least 10 more minutes. Test carrots; cook until they are as tender as you like.
