Ingredients
1 tbsp EVOO1 clove Garlic1 Chayote Squash, cut into 1/2 inch strips1/2 tsp SaltDash of Pepper1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, squash, salt, pepper, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir together and cook 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar and cook 2-3 minutes longer, until squash is slightly wilted, but still firm and crunchy. Taste and add more salt or sugar if needed.
