Ingredients
Directions
Cooking Spray1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, I used Nestle. plus extra for bottom of your pan.1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/3 cup flour, I used all-purpose3 tablespoons of vegetable or canola oil, I used vegetable1/2 cup light brown sugar3 egg whites or 2 large egg's, beaten. I used egg whites1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 then spray your 8x8 baking pan with your cooking spray then coat pan with cocoa powder then in a small bowl whisk together the cocoa powder and baking powder and flour and set it aside. In a large bowl combine the oil and sugar. Add the eggs or egg whites and vanilla and whisk until wel blended mix in the flour mix and transfer the batter to the 8x8 coated pan. Bake for 14-15 mins my oven works great and it only took me 14 mins and I could of got away with 12 mins just check them at 10 mins with a toothpick inserted into the center should not be all the way dry . A few moist crumbs on the pick means you will have fudgy brownies. You can freeze these and warm them in the mircowave for 30 sec's fpr a yummy treat and put yougurt on top to put of course that's an extra 100 calories if you add the yougurt.
