Ingredients
2 Organic Free Range Eggs1 Organic Free Range Egg White3/4 Cup Organic 1% Lowfat Milk1 Tbsp. Organic Sugar1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract1/8 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Coconut OilGround Cinnamon to Sprinkle
Directions
1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla & salt until smooth.

2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Use coconut oil to grease the griddle or skillet.

3. Dip bread in to egg mixture. Place on griddle. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon & serve. Enjoy!
