Zuchini Stew (FRESH INGRIDIANTS)

Ingredients
2 Medium Zuchini2 vine ripe medium tomatos1 cup of sliced fresh mushroom1 medium onion chopped1 clove of fresh garlicolive oilsalt and pepper chopped/few dashes basilfew dashes oraganoGrated parmesan or romano cheese
Directions
cut zuchini lengthwise in half then slice (half moon shape) set aside with slice mushrooms dice tomatoes. In medium saucepan sautee garlic and chopped onion with olive oil add diced tomatoes and stir add basil salt and pepper and oragano and stir. Add remaining veggies cover and let simmer on medium for a 15 min - add cheese and turn to low and cover and let simmer stiring occasionally
