Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb extra lean ground beef1 envelope Onion soup mix3/4 cup Egg Beaters1 cup shredded chedar cheese1/2 cup canned green chili peppers
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion soup mix. Spoon off excess fat. In a loaf pan, layer half the ground beef, half the peppers, and half the cheese. Repeat layers. Pour the egg beaters over the layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
