Baked Cinnamon Apples - Mom's

Ingredients
1/4 cup packed brown sugar4 lbs apples - apx. 5-6 2tbsp lemon juice5 tbsp water1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Peel apples and slice and put in baking dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375 COVERED for 45 min and then stir.
Bake another half hour until finished.
makes (5) one-cup servings - serving size = 1 cup
