Apple Cake

3 cup quartered or chopped apples5 cup Granulated Sugar1/3 c Olive Oil.5 c Applesauce, unsweetened1 medium Egg1.5 c Whole Wheat Flour3 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Combine Apples and sugar in mixing bowl, let stand for 10 minutes
Blend dry ingredients
Pour in 8 inch greased cake pan
Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes
