Lemon Pepper Prawn Stir Fry

1 large lemon1 tbsp minced garlic2 tsp fresh ground pepper1 tsp ground ginger1/3 cup soy sauce1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tbsp cornstarch3/4 cup water1 pound pranws2 cups fresh bean sprouts3 green onions cut in 1 1/2 inch lengths
1) Heat sauce pan and add garlic , pepper , juice of lemon and ginger and cook 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce , sugar. In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water, stir into sauce pan.Reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes till sauce is thickened.
2) In another pot cook prawns till pink. Add bean sprouts and onions and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add sauce.
