*Sausage-Italian Turkey -Honeysuckle White, 2 lbs*SunWest Organic Harvest Medley (brown rice, wild rice, sweet brown rice, red rice), .5 cup *Bush's Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 can*Black beans low sodium Bush's, 1 can*Bush's Reduced Sodium Pinto Beans, 1 can*Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic - Hunt's 2 cans*Trader Joe's Vegetable Broth-low sodium, 2 cups*PictSweet Seasoned California Vegetables, 1 bag*Chili Powder, whatever you like*Sriracha, whatever you like*Any other spices
Brown the turkey. Throw it all in the crockpot for a few hours on high or 6+ hours on low. May need more liquid. Spice with whatever sounds good. I use chili powder and Sriracha.
