Grit Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 c cider vinegar2 Tbsp red wine vinegar2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar6 Tbsp water4 Tbsp finely minced red onion2 small garlic cloves, chopped1 Tbsp sugar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepperLarge pinch parsleyLarge pinch basilLarge pinch oreganoLarge pinch thyme1 c soybean oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients except soybean oil in blender or food processor and mix well. Continue blending while adding oil in a slow, steady stream until smooth and thick. Use immediately or store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
