Italian Chicken

Ingredients
500 grams passata 1 can chopped tomatoes 2 large zucchinis ( courgettes ) 1.5 large red onions500 gr chicken breast or 4 medium breastsherbs and spices to season - I used a healthy dose of Italian seasonings, chili, and garlic
Directions
Put all ingrediants into slow cooker and cook until chicken is tender. Season to taste. Can serve with wholewheat pasta if you are not on a low carb diet.
