6c brown rice12c water1# bacon chopped2c onion finely chopped1 1/2c green pepper finely chopped30 eggs beaten2Tb garlic powder or granulated garlic1/2 c soy sauce
Steam rice and set aside. Fry bacon until crisp, drain and reserve 2Tb bacon grease. Saute onion and gr pepper in 2 TB bacon grease. Add eggs and cook until still moist but mostly cooked. Add rice garlic, drained bacon and soy sauce. Thoroughly mix together and heat through. Serve with Stir fry chicken and vegetables.
