Heather's Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 2 slice (remove)Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 5 inner leaf
Directions
Chop onions and garlic
Break bread into small cubes
Mix all ingredients together
Form into patties
Cook until brown ( My favorite is to grill, but you can choose whichever way you prefer: grill, bake, pan fry)

Wrap burgers in romaine lettuce leaf. ( you may use bun or bread in place of lettuce leaf, this would add more carbs and calories)
