Ingredients
1/4 cup light butter1 cup Splenda baking blend1 1/2 cups flour1 egg1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup Peanut Butter1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients, Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonful, then mash with fork tines....cook on 350f for 6-8 minutes.
