Beef Tips

Ingredients
4 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips1/2 cup floursalt & pepper to taste2-3 T minced garlic3 T Ketchup32 oz beef broth1 T Worcestershire sauce18 oz slice mushrooms1/2 cup scallions3 T flour1/4 cup red wine
Directions
Coat beef with mixture of 1/2 c flour, salt, and pepper. Place in slow cooker with garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Add mixture of broth, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Let cook 7-10 hours until meat is very tender. Mix wine and remaining flour to form paste. Stir into beef mixture and cook on high for 1-2 hours, until gravy begins to thicken. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
