Miso Tofu Soup

Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Scallions, raw, 7 large Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *Seaweed, laver, 10 sheets Miso, 1 cup Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm, 4 slice Coriander, 1 tbsp
Pour water into crock pot.
Chop scallions put into crock pot.
Tear the seaweed leaves into small strips and put in crock pot.
Add pepper and coriander.
Thinly slice tofu into strips, gently put into crock pot.
Cook this on high for 30 minutes then on warm for 30 minutes.
Add miso right before serving.
