bulgur wheat and sunflower bread

Ingredients
2 TBSP DRy active yeast5 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup bulgur wheat1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 1 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup buttermilk 3 1/2 cups lukewarm water
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees

in a large bowl mix together water ,buttermilk , yeast , salt and bulgur wheat

add flour and sunflower seeds slowly mix until moist

cover bowl and let rise for one hour

divide dough into two pre-sprayed and floured loaf pans ( I use PAM for baking)

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes

let cool

slice into 13 slices per loaf
