Black Beans

Ingredients
1 lb of Goya black beans1 1/2 green peppers2/3 cup olive oil1 large onion 4 garlic cloves1/2 green pepper3 tsp salt1/4 tsp cumin1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp oregano2 - 3 bay leaves2 Tbs sugar2Tbs vinegar2 Tbs dry white wine
Directions
Soak beans overnight with one green pepper. Saute onion, and garlic in olive oil, add pepper, salt, cumin, oregano and bay leaves. Add sugar, vinegar and white wine. Cook until beans are done and juice is the consistency of gravy. Stir frequently.
