Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (or ceci beans)1 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp red cayenne pepperDash hot sauce
Directions
1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with paper towels and remove casings.
2. Toss with olive oil and spices.
3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spread onto baking sheet.
4. Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes and watching carefully towards the end so as not to let them burn.
5. Remove, let cool, and enjoy!
