Kids Shepherd pie

Ingredients
1 can Campbell's vegetable soup1 lb ground turkey3-4 medium potatoes,peeled1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Boil potatoes until they are soft then fry ground beef and drain fats.
Combine the ground beef and soup in a casserole dish.Mash potaotes and ad them on top of beef mixture.Add the grated cheeseon the top and bake at350 degree's for25 minutes.

    When I put these ingredients into the calculator, I came up with 6 servings of around 260 calories each, and almost 13 grams of fat...
    It does sound easy and kid friendly- and even low calorie (but not low fat). I will probably make it, but would not suggest anyone eat the whole pie as one serv - 4/28/08
