Pumpkin Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin1 cup splenda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp salt5 large eggs1.5 cups almond flour
Directions
Grease an 8x4 loaf pan well.
preheat oven to 300 degrees
In a medium bowl beat pumpkin, splenda, baking powder, vanilla, spice, and salt.
If useing electric mixer blend well.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then the almond flour half at a time.
You may add a little water if needed it needs to be a pourable batter.
Pour into pan bake for 60 to 75 minutes until cake pulls away from pan a bit and toothpick comes out clean. Mine took about 65 minutes. Let cool before serving.
