3/4 cup cake flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt (plus dash added to egg whites)3/4 c almond breeze milk (or skim milk)2 egg whites1 pkg sweetener (I use sweet and low)1/2 tsp vanilla
sprinkle egg white with dash salt. Beat until stiff
In separate bowl, whisk flour, sweetener (1 pkg), vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt until smooth.
Fold into egg whites.
Bake in waffle maker - serve with light syrup, fruit or dusting of confectioners sugar.
Serving Size: 4 WAFFLES - 2 PER SERVING
