Ingredients
Potatoesegg whitesherbscayenne peppersea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*
coat baking sheet with cooking spray
Dip cut potatoes in the egg whites coating and then place into a bowl
Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the potatoes; toss well to coat
Place wedges onto the baking sheet and bake for 20 Minutes
Turn the potatoes over and bake for 15 minutes more or until crisp.
