Ingredients
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cupBaking Powder, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Banana, fresh, .5 cup, mashed Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend Stick Butter, 2 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Flour, Stone ground whole wheat, Hodgson Mill, 1 1/3cup
Directions
mix all ingredients well. ommitting flour. add flour mix but don't over mix. spray 9x13 pan. scrap bowl into pan. lick spatula. mmmmm... bake 350 for 20 minutes or until done. i could eat this batter without cooking!!! delicious hot out of oven, you can smell the bananas and apples.
