Low Fat Onion Rings

Ingredients
1 Large Sweet Onion1 Cup nonfat milk1 cup white flour3 large egg whites2 cups finely crushed seasoned croûtons (regular or non fat)Pam cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray cookie sheet with Pam. Cut the sweet onion into 1/2 inch slices and separate into rings. Put milk, flour, egg whites and crushed croûtons into separate bowls. Dip onions in milk, then flour, then egg whites and then croûtons. Bake rings for 20 minutes (or until dark golden color) and then flip and cook other side till the same color is achieved.
