1 lb chicken thigh, thyme, salt and pepper.
Directions
You can let this sit overnight or cook on the spot. Preheat oven to 375. Put chicken in baking dish, add liquid and sprinkle spices over chicken - cover and bake! Let site for 5 minutes before eating.
