Eggs, smoked salmon, cream cheese
Directions
blend cream cheese and smoked salmon, separate yolks from two eggs,with fork, mix egg whites together with one whole egg
pour eggs into hot skillet sprayed with canola oil
after eggs brown a little bit, spoon salmon-cheese mixture in center of eggs, fold omelet and cook until done
