Creamy Chicken Stir Fry (from Campbell's Soup)

Ingredients
2 Tbs olive oil1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips3 c cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red pepper)1 can (10 3/4oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Celery Soup1/2 c milk1 Tbs low sodium soy sauce1/4 tsp garlic powder4 cups hot cooked rice (brown)
Directions
1. oil skillet and heat over medium heat 1 min. Add chicken and stir-fry until well browned. Push chicken to one side of skillet.

2. Add vegetables to skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Stir in soup, milk, soy sauce and garlic powder and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
